I've gotten my automotive services from Progressive for over 20 years. In all that time I've never been disappointed. I trust its diagnostics and repairs. Sometimes I have to wait for an appointment because of the growing popularity, but it's always a reasonable wait. Before I go on a long trip, I take it to Progressive and asked for a bumper-to-bumper check with emphasis on safety. I get an honest report. Billy, the head mechanic tells me repairs that are needed now and those repairs that can wait.

I have been a customer of Progressive Auto for at least 15 of the 22 years I have lived in Stafford Lakes 2 miles from the shop. I started going to Progressive after having issues with another local auto repair facility nearby (1 mile north of my home), when they messed up an eternal engine issue causing me to have to buy a new engine because of mishandling the and loosing the broken parts found during the evaluation. Progressive helped me as the SUV had been purchased from Ted Britt, with whom a manager at Progressive had worked. I have had Progressive work on four of my vehicles, my wife vehicle and also my daughters vehicles. I have been pleased with the workmanship, and the detailed and truthful information given to me to make an "informed decision" for each and every repair job. I also consult with them on vehicle purchases and maintenance issues that may be pending when determining if the repair to life of the vehicle ratio is worth the investment. I would, and in fact I have referred Progressive Automotive and Tire to others.
